How to redeem voucher - Where to get the automated delivery - How to accept Office 365 invitation
From top right corner of our store, go to My Account => User panel => Purchased Items (from left menu) => View Order Button => Scroll down to the page => Download Button and View License button
Click on the "view license" button bellow the "download" button in your Softkeycart account to get the invitation link.
Open the invitation link in a web browser => sign in with your Microsoft account => accept the invitation
***NB: While you copy and paste the invitation link on web browser, please make sure that there is no space before or after the link and you have copied all the characters of the link, otherwise the invitation page will not open properly.
*** NB: You should accept the invitation as soon as possible as the invitation link will expire within a few hours.
If the link is already expired, please email us to get a new link: [email protected]
Generally we reply within 24 hour and even faster.
*** NB: Your Microsoft account email ID and your Softkeycart account email ID should be the same, otherwise your subscription will be removed.
If you want to use a different email ID to accept the invitation other than the one you have used to open account on Softkeycart, you should inform us before accepting the invitation.
*** NB: If you see bellow message after clicking on join now button, please contact us over email and we will accept your joining request.
" Looks like this invitation link is not working.

*** NB: If you have any active office subscription on your Microsoft account, you will not be able to accept the invitation to receive office 365 on your account. In that case, please email us to get a new link after the end of your current active subscription. We typically rely within 24 hour if there is no vacation or heavy quantity of support requests.
